By accessing or using Data Masked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for protecting your sign-in credentials.
• Accounts may support email/password and Google Sign-In. You are responsible for access to the authentication method linked to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

License and content use

When you purchase access, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view course content for your own learning use.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials unless we give written permission.

Payments and billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize charges for the selected plan and amount shown at checkout.
• For installment plans, you authorize recurring charges until the installment schedule is completed or otherwise resolved.
• Prices, plan availability, and offer terms may change at any time for future purchases.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the specific offer terms shown at checkout or on the relevant sales page. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us promptly at info@datamasked.com.

Prohibited use

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfering with platform availability, security, or payment workflows.
• Using the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Service changes and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, content, or parts of the service at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, repeated policy violations, or other behavior that materially harms the service or other users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Masked disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
